The phased refurbishment and enlargement of an existing secondary school. As well as a large extension to the Humanities Block, a new entrance foyer was built to form a link and hub of activity for the disparate elements of the school. Other parts of the school were completely refurbished. Clarke Kidwell were employed under a Design & Build contract to develop the orginal design (prepared by the local authority)and prepare the construction drawings, all within a strict budget.
