A purpose made school for children aged 2-19 with severe learning difficulties (SLD) and profound multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).
A design and build project Clarke Kidwell were appointed by the contractor Jerram Falkus Construction Ltd to prepare a package of working drawings, based on an outline scheme by Sprunt Architects. Clarke Kidwell were directly responsible for the design of the striking mosaic, the entrance canopy and the internal colour schemes, all of which help to make this a friendly and welcoming environment for children, for many of whom this will be their only school throughout their childhood.
